- Need a design? We can provide it. Our artists have created all sorts of designs in different applications for various musical groups and musicians. Just bring us your ideas and our artists will create a design for you (sometimes while you watch).
- Do you have an existing layout for a cassette or record and need CDs? Or do you have a CD and need cassettes? Our artists can recreate your original cover, insert or j-card and provide new original artwork with any updates and changes you may need.
- Your design is finished, but can it be printed? Our artists can adapt your art to our in-house templates, ensuring the best possible print job. We use the latest equipment like our Agfa Imagesetter; film processors; and Macintoshes loaded with all the latest software for art manipulation like Quark XPress, Macromedia FreeHand, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe PageMaker. We check all layouts for such things as correct trapping, graduated screen adjustment, bleeds, and color balance.
The artists at Sound Recorders can apply traditional as well as modern methods to create, manipulate, modify, or recreate anything from a simple one-color design to a complex full color creation. We can translate your ideas onto covers, booklets, tray cards, and CD stamps to fit your needs. We also go one step further by providing full color proofs to insure that everything is done to your complete satisfaction.
